hello, this may be a silly question but damn, how do i get those washers up and out when installing the expansion card. they are stuck in tightly and i am afraid that i may be to rough and mess up this circuitry. anyone, install the expansion card before?

I did install expansion cards in both my engines and can't remember having had any trouble with washers, so I'm not sure what exactly you mean. Actually it was a piece of cake I thought scratch

i recently installed the expansion and had the same problem-i was actually only able to get one of the screws off! the other two, i tried very hard, but ended up bending/stripping the metal on the head of the screw, and didn't want to snap the screwdriver out of the screw and accidentally damage a dsp. Luckily, even with just one screw in, it sits solidy in the chassis (thank god there's two big contact points!).

when i did get the one screw off, it was very hard and made a big snapping sound. yes it was the correct screw.
