indeed, these are cliff sockets.
i made these layouts for my own needs so be aware of the spacing between the sockets: i use a 20mm spacing, not 20.32mm (0.8inch) - why? it's the hamburger royal story: it's because the metric system (my brain is trained on that).

i once got a larger number of these from a fellow from the s-diy list. but you can allways order a larger quantity from cliff uk. don't know what the minimum would be.

i found that 1.5mm is fairly enough for 3U panels. before you bend them you'd broke the sockets or potentiometers, i guess.

i use cliff jacks in my DIY modules too. I get mine from 'rapid electronics':

if you need loads though it might be cheaper to go direct.

Hi Guys.

Thought it's about time I de-lurked......

Cliff UK will sell direct, and do the CL13841 sockets as a minimum order of 1000. Works out at £273-ish excluding VAT and delivery. This is the model that will take just about any 3.5mm plug.

The CL1384 is the regular model, is a bit cheaper, and has a minimum order of 200.

Cliff are out of stock of the CL13841 because apparently a German Modular synth manufacturer just bought up all the stock.

Now I wonder who that might be.........

Good to be here Smile

cheers,

Dave
