Here are some images of the VCF. A simple and easy build with great sounding results. Worked without any debugging. Stuff, wire, add power, and filter!

Wow, you've been quite busy!

I've got a month or two before I can start diving into this project. I have most of the tools I need, but I'm still short an oscilloscope and a few other odds and ends. And then I'll need to start stocking up on pots, trimpots, knobs, and all the rest. But pretty soon I'll be placing an order for a few of those PCBs (VCO, Filter, VCA, and Triple EG to start).

I decided to shoot for two power supplies, rather than having to deal with the headaches of converting 15v modules for 12v or vice versa. I was going to start the DIY system with MFOS modules, but I'd like to try these instead.

It's hard to go wrong. There are so many great modules out there you'll have fun with whatever you decide to do.

Of course, I think the Steiner modules are the coolest ones right now, but I'm hardly biased Wink

Two supplies is not a bad way to go, however, with the onboard regulators, at least for my designs, it's pretty straight forward to run the Steiner modules on +/- 15 volts.

Give me a call and you could come over sometime and I'll show you how I'm dealing with mixed voltage modules.

David
