So it doesn't look so pretty at the moment, but I'm already getting some great sounds out of my new modular bits..

Posted Image, might have been reduced in size. Click Image to view fullscreen. Posted Image, might have been reduced in size. Click Image to view fullscreen. Posted Image, might have been reduced in size. Click Image to view fullscreen.

The designs have come from a variety of places (including, of course, MFOS and the soundlab) with a few added mods etc. Here's a page with details and some sounds. I'm also gradually beginning to get my own electronics resources page up & running (so far there's only details on adding an audio output to a cracklebox, but at least its a start...)

I've also been playing around with making MIDI controllers using Doepfer MIDI brains.. Putting a post about that over in the MIDi controllers forum..

Right now I am living in Trondheim. Well.. I moved here from Oslo some 10 years ago. I am of the same generation as your well known welshish industrial dude Brian Williams ( lustmord ). Hmm.. you guys sent him off to Hollywood. Shame on you. Cool

Finally trolling through the DIY forums again -- nice! And those resource links are useful, too!

Cheers Cheers!

Hey, I made sounds from the Control Rack a couple of days ago - things somehow twisted themselves into some sort of wonderful squelchy techno style - regular rhythm but with hyper-evolving sounds going on all around..

Here's the demo- its chopped down to 7minutes and the first half is all wierdy sounds etc, then launches into the techno stuff.

Have a listen, let me know what you think. CHEERS!

Ohyah, got a great MIDI to CV converter - Groove Electronics M2CV - two channels of Midi to CV plus it has a MIDI Clock to Arp trigger so I can now sync my modular perfectly to MIDI Clock - really really exciting!
