hi everyone im new here. i was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem i have frity loops v5. when i first got it my playlist windo would move the pattern smoothly but now when i move the patterns they jump to a box instead of sliding smoothly. this has created major problems for me because some of my channel dont kick in when i want them to.

Do you mean to say it is more of a computer glitch? Like the computer is struggling? Confused

I'm still using good old faithful Fruity Loops 3.5, even though I also have Fruity Loops Studio. I keep Studio because you can use it as a VSTi, otherwise, I found it to be a bit glitchy. However, I haven't read up on version 5 yet.

Well actually don't go throwin' out your computer yet. lol.... Fortunately, there's a very simple solution to that problem Smile

Looking at your Fruity Loops notice the CPU Square on the top-middle-rightish area. lol

U should see it.

Now.... Look under and you will see the word SNAP..right over that is a drop down menu on wich you need to click, and set to (none)

You see what happens is that when snap is on it snaps your notes to the grid in order to get a perfect kick line and what not..to get a good bpm...mainly for techno songs i suppose, but anyway...... turning it off will allow you to place your squares anywhere you like on the grid once again Smile
