Local off as patchsetting

I nneed that for many purposes... Interactiv sequencers that need the keyboard as controller can have there soundengine in the same slot than..
Keyboard assignments can be locked than by pressing all 4 slot buttons and just bring the slots that dont want the keyboard to localoff mode..

I don't have a keyboard version, maybe that is why I don't quite understand it.

I'd think that turning off the keyboard focus would do the trick, apart from not being able to have the keyboard focus off for all slots, at least one must have focus now, which is a bug !! (and there is another related one).

I don't understand either. Can't you just turn off keyboard tracking in the oscillators and envelopes?
I have interactive sequencers that use the keyboard for control.
