... lI looked datasheet, they seems to be equivalent... but

yep, they are pretty much identical. its best to try the chip in your circuit tbh, i have read that some (HCF) ic's dont perform EXACTLY the same but in my experience so far they have been completely interchangeable. ive used hcf4011's and cd4011's without any issues.

FYI , you never know if the similar ic will work until you try, In simple circuit not too much problem, but more complex is a different story, that is one thing I do know
