A cheap binaural head microphone

Hi everybody,

I would like to make a very very cheap binaural head microphone.
I'm looking for two omnidiretional capsules.
My dealer have this Monacor cap
... any suggestion?

You should check out the yahoo group micbuilders. They have a lot of great know how on mic building. They have some easy phantom powered circuits.

The panasonic wm61 capsules are very popular for cheap mics with decent performance. I've built a couple of simple omni directional mics using these with a linkwitz modification and a schoeps style schematic. They sound great on classical guitars.
