Let me know what you think, thanks. It's my first somewhat serious website as an adult for the most part. I'm not exactly ready to start modding gear yet but i'm almost there... probably in a few weeks or so, im getting back into hardware mods and synth/drum machine stuff. So i'll def. have some more quality content on there at later dates. Thanks,,,,,,

thanks Phobos. That's a good idea; i am trying to get good at building websites and making them look nice too. I'm cheking out this program called Juce to build my own vst soft synths too soon as well. Do you use VST instruments ever still? God it's been forever since i've fired one up honestly. I have this modular vst program called Maize i got for free from a chinese developer by emailing him kindly... it's so fun having a basic vst modular setup i love the possibilites of those. _________________ kyle p |

Never really been a VST user, though I did experiment with some standalone ones in the past, most notable being Delay Lama.
Hardly even use midi apart from it being a convenient way for serial data communication and I did write some code for an arduino
to use it as a very basic generative midi source (see this thread).
I mostly stick to hardware and the vast majority of that has been DIY. I don't really get along with softsynths. Did try VCV rack since
it's similar to modular and also experimented a very tiny bit with wren but it doesn't really fit in my workflow. _________________ "My perf, it's full of holes!"

thanks, i appreciate that. I love diy stuff... Yeah im trying to get back into diy hardware too at some point, i went to college already for electronics a few years ago so i know the basics. I bough a weird sound generator kit from 'music from outer space', and assembled it, but i never got around to hooking up the speaker and i left the project behind when i moved. I've got my eyes on a few kits on the internet but i'd just love to design something myself some day _________________ kyle p |
