Perf volume control- for Engine users

When a perf is playing, it would be very helpful to be able to have a Volume control knob in the editor. Since the patch volume knob doesn't work in Perf mode, this could be used without taking up any more room on the screen.

I use the patch volumes to set the relative patch volume in a performance, I'd like to keep it that way and rather I'd see all four volume controls at the same time - but I wouldn't mind a 5th knob.

Anyway I wouldn't be too happy when patch volume became a main volume control in perf mode. But that's just my HO Smile
