I know that the main outputs are balanced but are the individual voice outputs balanced or unbalanced?
they are unbalanced ( stereo plug to two voices ), which is not really interested as the signal ...

a simple a+h or mackie vlzpro mixer with 16 mono inputs would do the trick
you need pan + summing, the rest will be free extra bonus
