I hit a goldmine of Switchcraft jacks, and there's more than I'll ever need.

They're 11 Series, enclosed, stereo jacks, complete with stock washers and nuts.

A simple solution that I've found is to just sand the sides very lightly with an emery board or some sandpaper.
