I've recently built Rene Schmitz's 4069 VCO on veroboard including the sawtooth buffer using my own layout. I'm running it from +-9V and used the stated component values, I'm not sure if it ...

As you will see things aren't very pretty at the moment, but it makes noises! The VCF is the state variable one from Ray Wilson's Make book.
