It's generally accepted that during the Baroque era, concert pitch was A=415Hz, as opposed to our current A=440Hz. In the 20th century it wasn't too difficult to find a reference tone, etc.... to tune ...

It sounds quite different from that sounds created from that plugin APR2600 from Arturia...

Thats because the Arturia wasn't based on the 2500.
