Output mixer

So I'm in need of a modular output mixer, and I've started to design one up. All along I've had the nagging idea that someone else had done this - of course, it was Yves.

It's remarkable how similar my desire list was to what you show on your page...
4 channels
VC panning per channel
VU metering

What I've added is:
VC parametric EQ on stereo output channels
Quad output with Quad VC panning
Insert/FXloop on input channels

Yves, have you done much with your proposed module? I like your designs, and I hate to re-invent the wheel....
