Los Angeles Modular DIY Group

Hey folks. I'm curious if anyone is interested in putting together a Los Angeles area DIY Modular group. There have been other groups that have done this successfully (google the Australian VICMOD group) and I think an area as large and nerdy as LA could support something similar.

Roughly, it would work as follows:

- Find a place to meet/build.
- Set a few meeting times (once a month?)
- Build some modules, listen to some music, drink a beer.

We could plan out a system of modules to form a basic functional modular while taking advantage of volume discounts on components, panels, etc.

I'm willing to set up a meeting/group website for planning, design the panels (for those that want them), and do the ordering.
