Clavia Support response time?

I emailed Clavia Support last Monday and still haven't received a response. How long does it usually take for them to get back to someone?

Do they have a phone number as well or is all correspondence through the internet only?

Depends a bit on the nature of your question. When you didn't read the manual they might not respond at all.

Clavia only answers when they know the answer and are willing to give it away.

They won't answer questions about your computer, nor about when they will release something.
If you can find your answer somewhere, like the Manual, they won't answer either. Also check the FAQ.

Last opportunity is to ask your question on this forum.

Mailinglist and forums are most of the time the best place to get questions answered quickly..often users know details of the instrument better than people that work in a company that has dozends of products..
And if there is a product specialist he/she is often too engaged to answer mails all day.
