Why nobody replies? Is anyone listening?

Just look at this first page of new releases, I don't see anyone interacting with the people who are posting. I'm also guilty of this. Why does this happen? Nobody has time to listen and send a few words to the musicians? Should we try to fix this? I will try to do my part.

I rarely listen to anything that isn't uploaded to the forum, so no youtube, soundcloud, bandcamp etc. And if I listen and like I let the artist know,
but that could be in the chatroom instead of on the forum.

It's not only this forum ...

Everywhere I post my stuff ... there is no reaction.

As an artist this is pretty demotivating and sad. Because no one seems to care.

Also pages of netlabels are pretty dead. I think of BETAMOD ... lots of fantastic releases and the comments are empty.

That sucks. Free music seems nothing special anymore.

If you are making music just for attention. I am sorry to say you are going to be unhappy most of the time. That is how it's always been with "art."

I am just happy to make the music. If someone likes it too, that's a wonderful thing. But its not required.

Like Phobos said, I usually focus on stuff that has been uploaded. Too many people are now just joining the forum, posting a link to their soundcloud page, and then never returning again whether they get a response or not. At least if the tracks are uploaded to the site then they are contributing to the archive for the radio.
