Pharmasonic 'Twenty'

So I've built the module to spec, but for some reason is not working as expected. I've emailed Pharmasonic, twice over a couple of months, but as yet haven't heard anything back.

1. It cannot calibrate below 15KHz at the centre frequency (needs to be 500Hz)
2. Each cutoff dial affects both filters
3. It sounds terrible with the resonance up

I have no idea what I may have done wrong, but something is clearly amiss. I have checked several times, retouched all solder joints, checked for continuity, replaced all chips, but nothing seems to be fixing the issue. Zero response from Pharmasonic after two seperate emails, I also tried contacting those on Modular grid who have them in their systems, but the 3 people who listed them don't actually own the module. I just want to hear that someone has a working one, maybe compare voltages. I'm really at a loss, I just want this to work, I've spent too many hours trying to get this going, but cannot for the life of me find any issues.
