if there is a place like that its location should not be told on a public forum. don't you think so _________________ homepage - blog - forum - youtube

Hmm.. I guess you will have to contact the vendor for a free demo version. For a "liberated" pirated version ... only the Shadow knows.. _________________ A Charity Pantomime in aid of Paranoid Schizophrenics descended into chaos yesterday when someone shouted, "He's behind you!"

Niko I just wonder why you chose this topic: what's the relationship between Armagnac and Acid Pro Do you think you can get stoned with that kind of "acid" _________________ homepage - blog - forum - youtube

I see Carlo is way off into the "swedish chef mode". Acid.. Hmm.. be aware that there are in fact two major platforms here.. computer wise.-.. mac and PC. carlo and me.. and some other geeks .. are into mac.. This means that Carlo.. and the rest of the mac crowd can only answer in general terms.. The PC crowd has to answer PC specific questions.

I don't use this particular software, but I'm surprised Sony offers it. Maybe they include it in some multimedia PC package or something. Sorry I can't be more helpful. |

I bought a copy of acid pro(LATIN) on sale from guitar center for under five bucks-I found it not to be much of a program but I can get the freek on line downloads. Look for sales or ebay. |

I upgraded my copy of Acid when I bumped up my Sound Forge version. I find I rarely (almost never) use Acid - though had intentions of using it (still might one of these days). If you work with loops - you'll find it very interesting and worth your time to investigate. You should also look into Ableton Live - which a ton of people love now. I've never used it so have no opinion on it. Acid 4 incorporates tons of functions from their Vegas multitrack software - almost to the point where I'm wondering if I should convert to using Acid instead of Vegas - still haven't decided if that's worth doing or not (I'm somewhat of a "set in my ways" sort of person so probably won't switch until forced - and then it may be to something else entirely...)
As mentioned earlier - Sony Digital bought Sonic Foundry last year or so. You'll still see plenty of mentions to Sonic Foundry - and there are probably still boxed versions out there for sale. |
