Has anyone explored the difference between resonance (speaking through a pipe, for example), and reverb (speaking into a concrete cell)?

I did some stuff with reverb time modulation .. where "drone like' sounds tend to get "perecusive" qualities.

Also I wonder about Karplus Strong .. that's basically a short echo .. reverb tends to have many short echoes, giving it a "noise like" quality, but short reverbs - with my reverb modules - tend to give tonal qualities too.

Maybe some recordings later :-)

Hoping to refine this a bit later on ...

Stepped examples ... filter, ks and reverb.

Grmpf .. ff wont let me attach more ... trying to solve ... ok .. needed a ff restart.

Edit: They were all made with a steady 110Hz warped (to add some harmics) sine input, then into a reverb, ks or filter module.

For the reverb the room size was modulated, for the filter and the ks the frequency.
