SeqRandom inputs

I was playing around with SeqRandom, and I feel like I'm missing something about the inputs. For example patching a trigger to 'change all' and/or 'change one' doesn't seem to have an effect -- I would guess it should change the sequence of notes, but still within the same selected scale?

However patching an audio voltage (like an osc) to 'change all' does periodically change the sequence.

What's the difference there?

And a more general question, what is the difference in this module between 'step' and 'act'?

Attached is the basic patch I'm working with.

Act is the active input, when low the sequencer will not run, when high or unconncted it does - or should at least.

Re. the other questions - will come back on that tomorrow, getting a bit late here now .. but server was just up again :)

I just checked it anyway .. the module will only sample the change inputs (one or all) when the clock goes high (from low). I gues I'm pretty sure that was meant to be a feature ... to keep changes in sync with the clock .. but maybe it is a bug?

At least the arrow up symbol on those inputs is misleading - they are not clocking inputs but sampled ones.

Anyways .. when you'd add a Divider module between the clock generator's 16 output and the change input it works. Or use some other, or maybe a random, signal that goes both positive and negative.

For the next release I've changed the help text for the module to make this more explicit and removed the up-arrows for those inputs - this to me seemed to be most inline with other such inputs on other sequencers.
