Hi All,

I haven't posted anything in a long time and decided to share something. I have always been inspired by this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2zurZig4L8

With that in mind I thought it would be cool to try and re-create it with all DIY synth equipment. The enclosed MP3 was made using 100% synth modules.

The equipment list includes:

Digisound 80-C9 Voice Card - 80% of the sounds, including Timpani, Tamborine, and cowbell. (Pictures show early prototype)

Prop Synth D (H. Bollig's Propeller Synth) For chord parts and processed with distortion for guitar parts.

Prop B3 (H. Bollig's Propeller B3 Organ) For organ parts.

My DR-110 Perfboard For all drum parts except kick BD

Craig Anderton's HIP Bass Drum for Kick

My DIY ARP 3620 Keyboard Controller for MIDI CV

Multitrack recording with Cakewalk Sonar.

"Fanfare for the Common Man" MIDI file was found on the web

Enjoy,

THeff
