Not that I’ve ever produced anything particularly worth while, but I get away from the studio, take a walk*, and work in my brain, mentally play the parts I have and listen for what the little gray cells come up with spontaneously.

*It may help that we live where, most of the time, one only hears natural sounds.

I put too much pressure on myself. I need to learn how to have more fun and relax. Most of my inspiration at the computer shows up very late at night because I am too tired to put pressure on myself.
