California State at Fullerton: Women and Gender in Music: Hearing Voices, Enlistening the Future
Call for works. During March, Women's History Month, an event based on Women's Voices and Electronics is being organized at California State University at Fullerton. In 2004 we are organizing the Women's Electro-Acoustic Listening Room Project: Hearing Voices: Enlistening the Future. This is a two-day event, March 13 - 14, featuring lectures, an extended day-long electro-acoustic listening room and evening performance. Submit your proposed electronic / electro-acoustic work for inclusion in the listening room event. Length limit for works is 15 minutes or less. Please include: CD of work(s) proposed, program notes with the name of composer, contact information including email, and short biography.

Deadline: February 15. Send supporting information and any questions to Paula Madsen via email.
