HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAA. THE LITTLE BEAST IS GREAT. I've wanted an analog synth for as long as I've been using synths, just to think that the first one I ever touched much less played would be one that I built Very Happy . 2 months ago I didn't I didn't know a capacitor from a resistor. I'm lovin it. Heres a pic(if I can get this attached,I couldn't last time) this what a synth built by a caveman would look like.(just a temp face until the real one get finished)

Yeah, I kind of like the face plates with character. The messy scrawling lables and uneven component placement is testament to it's hand-made greatness. Plus, I'd probably be too lazy to get a proper panel made if I'd already taken the time to mount it into something that worked. Wink

To enjoy the efforts and results of your hands work is so much satisfying, isn't it?

My congratulations, one more SL came to earth: have fun...

That's the greatest thing about the SoundLab, every one is a complete original. They are a unique, hand crafted, family heirloom kind of thing. A hundred years from now people will be tracking down SoundLabs and philosophizing about their ancestry like collectors look for grandfather clocks today.
iPods? I guarantee they will all be landfill within 5 years. Laughing

I love the front panel. Hell, if "Ohmboyz" can put character into their soft-front panels, you can to with your hardware!

Great job! Very Happy
