I'd like to build one of these, but apparently there may a problem with the schem.

the schem and layout (don't be alarmed, they are in spanish, but electronics is the universal language!) are attached. I don't have a breadboard or I would test it out myself.

Apparently, the person who originally was seeking help for this (over at experimentalists and at thereminworld) says that they have to get very close to the antenna to get any kind of sound at all.

Thoughts, people?

You'd be surprised how cheap breadboard is;
