A simple ramping evelope that I can only ramp upwards?

Much thanks to everyone for contributing to tracking, fixing, and testing this! As far as I can tell, the latest version of Kassen's mods work for Envelope, and at least initial tests for ADSR (the only that inherits from Envelope) still works.

The fixes are in CVS. Going to put out an incremental version (1.2.1.1) that includes these fixes later tonight. The only concern is that more "nonstandard" uses of ADSR still needs additional testing. If you have time (everyone), please test the newest (from CVS if possible) on any code or tests you have that uses Envelope or ADSR. Post your results here if you'd like.

Awesome!

After reading that article on clear thinking, I've decided to include that in my bibliography as it gives me an interesting area to talk about when it comes to writing algorithms.

EDIT: The new release works perfectly with my "phonebook" code so that leads me to believe that my compiling skills (or lack of) were the culprit for the dword issues I was having!

Yikes, found a bug introduced by our latest fix, which may be causing floating exceptions in keyOff's and other places where duration is called (this is due to setTime being called from keyOff). I think I fixed this one but that probably introduced another bug, yet to be discovered...

The newest version is actually 1.2.1.1b and it's on the web. If you'd like, please give that one a whirl as well... I hope we didn't break anything else in this.

Thanks Ge! I'll be on the look out for any unruly bugs!

As for the project thingy, its called "Algorithmic Breakbeat Cutting Using ChucK" and will include references to BBCut n the like whilst also going over emulation and other intersting related topics.

Probably wont be til next summer that I can let you have a copy as it wont be finished and marked til then but you are more than welcome to have a look at it!
