When NM1 is acting as master clock, how do I get a syncronized start between internal sequences and external midi-gear?

I don't get it; where do I send start message from on the NM1?

Also, I need this to start the internal sequencer at the same time. But it's running continously. When using "LFO>Clock generator" I have the on/off button, but where is that one for the global clock?
