I'm getting ready to do my first run of circuit boards. I've been using BatchPCB.com for prototyping, but I'm not sure who I should use when I'm ready to make a larger run. I'm planning on doing an initial run of 50 - 100 boards, depending on price.

I know there are several people on the forum that regularly produce small runs. Who do you use? Anyone I should avoid?

I was using Futurlec - but they're not *so* great - they don't really do much bulk discount (they initially claimed they did, but a couple of orders down the line they pretty much turned around on that hohum) and their system is a little chaotic at times.

I've been using PCBcart.com recently and initial findings seem very positive. The system is pretty well done (easy to spec things and re-order), prices seem excellent even for small runs (even under 20units ain't bad) and the communications I've had have been great - they're always quick and friendly at answering questions.

Hope to have some nice pics to show next week......

Wow, PCBcart looks pretty good, price-wise. My quote was $150 for a batch of 100. The same quote at Futurlec was over $400. Shocked

with good results. they have a nice price for 1000 cm sq

i've heard good things about pcbcart, and will try them on my next pcb...

i've been using Myropcb, myropcb.com, for a long time. they're really good, slightly cheaper than PCBcart, and are based in Canada so it's easy to get someone on the phone if you have a question. their boards are some of the best made i've come across. i've desoldered and resoldered the same pad 3 or 4 times without the pad coming off, any color soldermask you want and they are really fast in turnaround.
