PCBs in Berlin |
 |
|
i just got a quote from a company here in berlin, they want 45euro for 1 simple pcb at an order of 30. looks like they are specialized on fast delivery at high prices.
can you recommend a slow & cheap pcb manufacturer in berlin, or actually anywhwere in germany ? |

Guess for larger companies it's not economical to do small runs. I've dealt with www.platinenbelichter.de in the past and the results were fine! The PCB is home etched by a one-peron-enterprise: fast and reliable.
The PCBs doesn't match the look of a MOTM, Blacet, CGS etc one, but then, you send in i.e. a PDF with the layout and will get a working PCB.
BTW Why not expanding you search throughout the EU? No customs, free bank transfers (at least my bank doesn't charge anything for it)? |

i know it's not i europe, but i've found that futurlec tends to be pretty good and cheap for one off prototypes _________________ You can check your anatomy all you want, and even though there may be normal variation, when it comes right down to it, this far inside the head it all looks the same. |

i just had a look at futurlec, seems a nice all in one solution.
but the boring customs office has to be avoided by all means. |

It strongly depends on the value of the parcel and from where it was shipped...
Usually parcels under a value of 30-40€ go through customs. Most of my more valuable orders did also come through.
But I can see a tendency that almost all parcels from China, Hong Kong or other asian countries get catched...
Best wishes,
Tobias.
BTW: Michel, do you have time mid october? We´re planning to celebrate the Stammtischs 1st birthday with a private Orchester gig. Wanna join? |

my count: 6x $99 USD deliveries, none stopped by customs. probably because the boxes are relatively small.
customs stopped my mb-808 kit, but moogah declared it as $20 USD worth of documents. i had a fun time explaining that one... something along the lines of "oh those crazy americans" luckily it worked.
however, i really got nailed on my blacet and asm-2 kits. ugh. _________________ Sneak-Thief - raw electrofunk |
