Very Sad day for me Sad

My Stage arrived and it's damaged, The bottom E cannot be pressed down(it can but you would have to force it) also the next key up does not feel and sound right. Still waiting for word from the shipping dept. on a course of action. On a positive note I LOVE THIS KEYBOARD . I can't stop playing it
