okay then. tested everything las night. works fine. i even tested the manual step with two different momentaries: a cheap push botton and then a nice digitast switch. both worked quite fine with this simple debouncing implementation.

time to order the front panel Very Happy

i just finished the module today and got an additional idea: what about normalling the O/I of the sequential switch to +5V?
this way it could be used even as uneven devider (3 steps).
