Hi, my name is An-shu and I make music that combines live instruments, samples and electro-collage with anti-corporate, anti-war and mystikal lyrics... at first glance you may think my music is sequenced, but in fact everything is laid out by hand, which I reckon keeps things LOOSE...

you can check my sounds at www.an-shu.com on the mplayer. Get your own mplayer at www.mplay.org - it's free and I knocked it 2gether myself so I can vouch for it... Cool

anyhow, this is an interesting looking, friendly seeming forum and I look forward to chatting with you all,

regards,

An-shu

hello you sound interesting
i especially like the anti corporate and anti war sentiments
and i think a lot of people are thinking the same at the mo
there needs to be a general shift in consciousness
we need to stop being stupid in my opinion
of a possible culling of stupidity could be in order
im all for eugenics i think they were a great idea
you wouldnt have no george bush then...
oh you wouldnt have me either...
oh well... Twisted Evil

welcome An-shu and trash...

Glad to have both of you here.

An-shu, I really like your site including the built in mp3 player. Your music has a lot of variety. Seems like you're trying to push the limits of the style. That's great.

Trash - if you killed all the dumb people, indeed we'd all have to go ... the way I look at it though, sooner or later it's all over anyway, the lord kills in parallel, simultaneously - the biggest mass murderer in history!

like the madonna remixes man, dark and sparky, far better than bare naked madonna (and at the very least I mean that metaphorically)

Howard - cheers for that - I used to put all my flash stuff on my site, but lately I've been trying to produce art for the sake of promoting change, understanding and progress, rather than for the sake of itself... I think it's an interesting exercise, burns off the fat that tends to collect in the lobes... nowadays I've been focussing on writing - not so many people seem to get into it, but hopefully those that do go away with something more than a vague feeling of pleasure and satisfaction at having just seen some vectors spin...

"I asked a fish for advice about economic theory the other day. It looked thoughtful for a moment, then cleared its throat and said, 'Well, the first thing you need is water, lots of water...' "

Your site is full of wonderful things... Your talents are multifacited.

yeah, multifaceted perhaps, but I think sometimes I'm more like a multifaceted dusty ol' disco ball, lying discarded in an attic, rather than, say a multifaceted jewel riding proud on the finger of a decadent but pampered aristocrat, or the miracle-of-nature that is a fly's eye, carefully crafted by evolution to enable it to keep watch while it pukes on your food

my site logs agree!

hmm, though I don't smoke weed any more my short term memory is wacked ... gotta go back see what I'm replying to...??

*** one goldfish moment later ***

oh yeh. corporations.

trouble with the devil, aka lucifer is that he's got all the good contacts.

and when u do it without corporations, you find yerself having to deal with disorganised monkeys rather than those monkeys who've hypnotised themselves into getting shit done (to the point where they're doing so much shit that there's just shit... like everywhere... covering the whole world in pooey gunk and big macs (with fries))

mmmm. I'm loving it...

sorry, I didn't mean to say that, it's just the conditioning don't you know. watch. I'll try it again...

fries...

mmmm. I'm loving it...

see, completely autonomic, those fuckers have rewired my brain.

but that's what corporations do well, innit?

A.

hmm anyway fuck em...

when animals are dumb, you can still love 'em...
does it make you weak if you do the same with people?

like jesus said, "spank your enemies, but not too hard, just enough to make 'em go 'ooooh yeh'"

though I imagine you could train a parrot to say,

"i didn't do it"...

I know what you're saying though - when you gotta choice you gotta responsibility...

i still wouldn't promote or prescribe euthanasia, though I recommend anasthesia for the more liberally affected. ultimately we're nothing but the products of our environments, so if you're gonna blame anyone, blame god, your parents, your friends, your enemies, all the people you never met who still managed somehow to affect your life and of course, blame the universe itself for existing...

yeah but saying that
we are ultimately imperfect
and are subject to mistake quite often
so theres gotta be a bit of leeway there
hehehe

As for eugenics—seems to be promoted only by those who think they’ll be deciding where the line is drawn. Now me, I think only those who think others should be removed forcibly form the gene pool should be removed forcibly from the gene pool. Having had me tubes cut decades ago, I’m already out of the running. I highly recommend it; I think every one should—that way no line is needed.
