.pch2 to .syx conversion

In the patch posted above the odd characters seem to be just CR LF - but maybe that patch got changed somehow?.

I just had a look and the program I made is pretty straight forward, the only things treated special for a patch are its header and it's checksum - it does not try to look at the actual patch data - it just gets repacked a bit. To change that would be substantial work which I'll not put into it - but the information needed to do it is available (in the Python conversion software and on my web site).

BTW this looks like it would be easy to port to free pascal.
