Hi All,

If you want to find a particular type of sound and don't know where to start with Blofeld's 1024 sounds you might be interested to know they are laid out in groups. When I printed out the sound names I noticed that they were listed in alphabetic order - into groups. The nature of the group is indicated by the first or first two sound names in the group.

Here is the list I discovered:

A001 + A002 = With Love, Scaramanga - Cute!
A003 to A039 = 'Handy' - or useful sounds at the front of the library
A040 to A120 = '10Voice' - or big sounds using lots of oscillators etc
A121 to B012 = 'AfterConcert' - or that deep crashing sound!
B013 to B066 = 'Bellflutes' - or Organs, bells and keyboards
B066 to C112 = '7th' and '80s' - or special sounds of the 70s and 80s
C113 to E002 = '50s Pad' - or in other words Pad sounds
E003 to E072 = ''11Khz Solo' - or big lead sounds
E073 to E116 = 'ArpeggyBells' - or Arpeggio percussion sounds
E117 to F067 = '1DrunkenStenz' - or modulated Arpeggio sounds
F068 to G050 = '2StepBass' - or Bass sounds (lots and lots)
G051 to G123 = '20 Whiny' - or Atmospheric sounds
G124 to H052 = '70ies NoDrugs' - or Freakouts, that is special FX
H053 to H128 = 'Agogo Scrape' - or Drum/percussion sounds
