I m not crying. You insulted me.
The truth is that you are complaining here of the same thing that you defend in other place.
I know very well the frustration when one don't send you what you have payed through internet. And you only receive mails with lies and lies. I had much worst experience with cyndustries than your experience on here. But I had to read people defending that.
Anyway I have nothing to add to this thread. |

Ok children, please relax, please calm down.
There's no major problem, and I haven't been out of communication at all-- anyone who sends me an email, gets an immediate reply. I don't check in on this forum everyday--
So, if I haven't been on the forum in a week, it doesn't mean I've dropped off the face of the planet-- or taken all of your money and moved to Mexico.
Even though at least one person here is acting like a real jerk, and an idiot--I will address his concern ( I probably deserve a certain amount of frustration--to an extent-- but I don't believe I deserve a public accusation of fraud or theft)
even though this has taken a very long time (admittedly) ive been present and I've been completely open about what the issues are. The reason they haven't gone out yet, is because I actually haven't had the money for postage. I didn't save a portion of the order money for postage fees (my fault) and frankly, I've had a really rough 6 months or so-- for all sorts of reasons that I won't go into.
but--I have the postage now, I've boxed up everyone's order-- I just have to take them to the post office now-- which I'll do as soon as its open.
Ok Frenchy?
(if you're so worried, why didnt you just email me and ask me about it? Instead of slandering me and writing a bunch of non-sense on this public forum? I don't know anything about Cyndustries (I don't know if it's a valid comparison), but I do know that I didnt guarantee that you would get your order in a month or two months, or whatever. I've admitted and apologized for taking too long with this order-- but the fact is, these orders do take a lot of time and effort to complete, even when there are no problems, they can take 4 or 5 months start to finish. That's why the overwhelming majority of people on this order are just patiently waiting.
This is the 3rd knob order I've done-- no one has been ever been ripped off, and no one is going to be. |

I have never failed to reply to an email from you about this order-- you're just plain mistaken-- if you know of a single one, please tell me.
It's true that I haven't replied to other unrelated emails/PMs that you may have sent-- more than once I'm sure-- but it's only because they're so obnoxious, idiotic, and tedious-- and they didn't merit a reply. |

Ok, I guess you don't read English very well-- so, I won't make fun of you on that account---But, what I said was, "why didn't you EMAIL me with your concerns," instead of very viciously slandering me on this forum?
Its pretty ridiculous, and laughable, if you believe the police are gonna give a crap about your $300. So, just for future reference, instead of acting like a jerk and insulting people in these forums, you might try simple patience and civil dialog. I don't have time to give you a full lesson in manners, but if I were you, I'd try to remember that one. |

I'm very happy to report that everyone's knobs shipped today!!! All except for one person who just gave me their address (I'll get yours out ASAP). Everyone should get them in about a week.
I'm very sorry for the delays. I hope it didn't inconvenience anyone too much.
I would appreciate if the two people who called me a thief would erase those posts once you get your knobs. |

Thats great news Chris, thank you very much for the update!
The delay is no problem, lack of comminication was a serious problem ,the proof is the result of all kind of posts in this topic,no other explanation needed imo.
And your not a thief at all,you are just a liar, and a bad one.
You should not handle like that to excuse your delay of payment to rogan and shipping of the parcels due to personal problems. |

Let's see when they come...
You got email via my PM
My goal is to get what I paid 6 month ago, may be more...
Just understand that I am not anymore a student. I was on tour last week with other musicians. I have not time to run behind someone every months.
If you want to do business you act like a professional and not like a young teenager unresponsible which mix with the business his private life.
Sorry, it wasn't fair what you did!
You got the money as well for the shipping cost. Apparently you used it!!
Sorry man, that's inacceptable!
You could have earn a lot of money with me if you wouldn't have done such thing.
But you only got what you deserve.
Bye!

| It's no news that Teknik is a real jerk, he's mostly very rude, stuck up and annoying. Frenchyinmunich is obviously also a big jerk, making threats and stuff, lame. Just try to ignore them, there should be an ignore feature in this forum, would make it much better. |

You are a jerk yourself man.
Who can tell if without my post everybody would have got their knobs sent today?
Next time, send a delivery date and respect it.
It's a professional behavior.
By the way, your posts are quite insulting as well...
Best regards,

Teknik,
When I wrote banish it was concerning this guy:
CHRIS = Ericcoleridge = energycost (or maybe his grandmother )
I have no time anymore to loose to such a liar!
I have to work on 2 records right now to some famous bands.
I want the knobs I paid that's all!
But I still have doubts as Rogan apparently never received any order from him...
Best regards,

This is not really the post we need in this thread ... I can understand that some people got disappointed and angry re. this knob deal; the deal went ugly. Calling people names will not change that situation though. The only thing possible to calm people down was actual shipment of the knobs, and I'm happy to see such finally happened.
energycost, I can understand though how you got annoyed by reading this thread - had there been no business involved I'd have removed it probably as it has been annoying me quite a bit too in the tone that people used in their conversations.
Anyway, I hope things can calm down a bit now. _________________ Jan

No, I will not ban him - I would like to discourage Ericcoleridge from doing new deals on this forum though. _________________ Jan

For the record, if it was ericcoleridge, it was in a totally different geographical location, and one that wasn't ever used by him. Unless he's suddenly moved to Europe or something.
I agree with Jan. Although I would doubt that he'll do another group buy soon, for all the thanks it attracts. _________________ Garret: It's so retro.

HI,
I just wonder how someone who is just brand new in a forum, how he can already insult people at the first post he send the first day...
I am only suspicious...
Seeing the design lying here around that forum... There is better to say than insulting people who seem to have been fed up by a bad group buy organisation.
I thank both of you to have say something about that.

Thank you Edison.
This order really wasnt all that bad---besides these two knuckleheads gratuitously and viciously slandering me on this forum for the past month without any rhyme or reason. Honestly-- these posts should be erased and their writers should be kicked off.
Despite what they're saying--neither one of them ever emailed me -- they just started spewing nonsense and confusing the situation-- presumably because I wasn't on the forum regularly.
No one else complained. Everyone else was totally cool. One person emailed me and asked me if everything was ok. I havent heard one word from more than half the people who ordered. They obviously weren't the least bit worried.
Jan-- these orders take a long time. Period. I guess this one took 6 months. Is it really that terrible? I'm not planning another order, but I don't see why you should discourage it.
Moreover, I would request that the bullish!t that was written about me here be deleted. |

I've said this before (not in this thread though) - this is not something I feel needs to be done. When those knobs are delivered, you should get positive comments to put these comments in context. _________________ Garret: It's so retro.
