Ableton Live on stage with Launchpad, What do you think?

Hey guys,

Lately I have been experimenting with ableton live and the launchpad for doing live shows, has anyone tried it before on stage?

What is it like?

The session stuff rocks, and if you are just DJ'ing tracks, the mixer might work, too. I don't like the mixer mode for much more than mute, and enable/disable tracks.

But it's solid, and gives visual feedback without looking at a computer...that's been priceless to me!

It's a very powerful tool. I'm currently using it to play a synth patch on half of it, with switchable scale assignments, and the other half is dedicated to playing a different drum sample on each pad. That's in the User1 mode, that way I can easily switch back to session mode to launch clips.

What do you want to do with it?
