_0_, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, .0. Roland Kuit: computer, 2011. Sine waves and silence(Black noise). Karin Schomaker: video The Fibonacci sequence backwards: (1597), 987, 610, 377, 233,144, 89, 55, 34 Hz. as fundamentals for track 9 to 1. The division of the time ratio was 1/6 by every track. Creating a turn in the time domain. Track 1: "_0_" represents this stack as an ouverture. Track 2: 1597 Hz is divided backwards in a lineair way to 8 sinus tones. Substracting one every sound, untill the fundamental 987 Hz. is reached. Track 3: 987 Hz is divided backwards in a lineair way to 7 sinus tones. Subtracting one every sound, untill the fundamental 610 Hz is reached. And so on. Creating tone and rest blocks. These equations, unlike the golden ratio, create different clusters with their intrinsic caracter. Track 10: ".0." is Noise. Presenting random sine waves from 34-1597 Hz. between the, here used, Fibonacci cardinal points. 0 Proza/ ZERO Proze Roland Kuit: computer, voice, field recording 1995 Jenny Fleur: voice Marcel Prins: voice Geert van Nijnanten: video The book "Eline Vere" of Louis Couperus abstracted to minimalism A tribute to Albert Vogel and the ZERO art Eline Vere is returning back to The Hague. Her thoughts and movements are text related. The computer manipulations of these spoken texts and the sound of streets, horse and carriages, the bells of the Big Church and spoken French, renders these to an abstract event. The piece begins with the sound of a train. At the end, this sound is mirorred by the voice of Albert Vogel, in a cadans speaking of his gallery OREZ. The carrige. as a binding factor, is mirrored in the end. The conversation as a clatter of hoofs. The bells are refering to the old Java. The second time more expropriated after Albert Vogel's words about the devlishness of life and the fear of retardation. The other texts are used as orientation/ location. Love brought back to its essence, the truth and to ZERO. Concert voor Tesla-transformator.
