I recently bought an SRAM card for my andromeda.

I then wanted to try out the patches included on the wohmart site. I download the full library collection and then proceeded to load them onto the 8 free slots of my card.

All work perfectly except for the bass patches that I load into card slot 1. Most of the bass patches work except then eventually I'll choose one which after playing a couple of notes freezes the andro giving me no option to turn it off and on again.

The first time I turned it on again it didn't load up properly and never got past the initial heading page, I was needless to say quite concerned! I then tried again after taking the card again and it loaded up, thank the heavens.

I've since reload the bass patches 2 more times and I keep encounter the same problem, the keyboard freezing again.

All the patches work fine, ie pads, keys, lead, arps etc.

Does anyone know why this might be happening or encountered something similar?

no, never encountered a thing like that, maybe the patch is corrupted during many up/downloads in the net ?
maybe the release of the vca should be returned to zero, cause he lasts on for endless ?
solution is best to remove that patch and don't use it anymore..

Yes it's strange, I think I'll try the singular download of the bass patches first and see if that they are the same as the bundled version.

It's a shame if I can't get it working as there's many great patches in there.

normally no problem should occur when you only download the patch...
so describe what problem you might encounter..

No quite sure what you're getting at there. Hopefully the freeze problem that have been discussing may not occur with the bass patches which available in a singular download as opposed those bundle in the 'all sounds' link.

They may not have incurred the corruption.
