Sorry for the stern words in the other thread, guys. We have too many disadvantages as independent musicians, and I can't afford to give up any of the hard-won ground on that front. =)

I understand your desire to stay out of it, but I'm in the trenches fighting for indie rights, promoting empowering alternatives, and doing my best to subvert the chilling effects that caused our little disagreement in the first place.

I'm a very nice person, but I'm not afraid to fight for what I believe in. I've even run for political office, so I could debate the issues with policy makers on their own turf. =)

As you can see, there's more to me than being a jack-ass to forum moderators...
