Rebote 2.5 delay. Are capacitor values critical?? SOLVED!!

Hi all. I have just built the stripboarded version of the rebote delay as shown in the attachment.
I didn't have any 82nF caps so I used 100nF instead. Also the 27nf is a 22nf and the 51pf is a 56 pf.... would this stop the delay working??
Also I used a 220K resistor instead of the 240K . as with the 24K resistors, I used 22K...
Would anyone know if the cap values are critical?
I can say I tested it and am getting an output which tells me that the tl072 op amp is working but there is no delay? The delay and repeat pots don't seem to do anything and the DPDT switch also has no effect..
Any help appreciated greatly.

Hi! Thanks for the reply.
I've checked the PT2399. Its getting 5 Volts.
The mixer pot turns volume of input up & down but apart from that, nothing..
When I turn the mix pot all the way down it causes a "Click".. in the audio output.... ??

Double check that you've cut all the traces you were supposed to on the strip board and that your jumpers aren't shorting to anything.

Not to worry. I got another PT2399 chip , inserted it and now it works. Smile

Blindingly good delay. I've changed the 15K resistor on the DPDT for a 4.7K and get a really nice infinity feedback.
So the board was OK but the chip was at fault.
No problemos.
