i recently built myself a few simple 4 channel DC coupled mixers, nothing fancy.
and i think they would make a great beginners project.

nevertheless they could be helpful for anybody using eurorack format.
they are cascadable in the sense that you could route the sum of the 1st mixer behind the panel to an additional invisible 5th input of the 2nd mixer (and you could then of course route the sum of the 2nd mixer to the hidden 5th input of the 3rd mixer and so forth).
the sum output has a pot to set the attenuation, however, choosing the right resistor values you can apply gain to sum, too. i will explain that in the forthcoming documentation.

Building Documentation (230kb)

i will offer the PCBs, and 6HP front panels which would match the design for the thomas henry projects.

PRICES
bare PCB = 5.-EUR,
eurorack 6HP front panel = 7.-EUR
packaging&postage 4.-EUR worldwide (deutschland 2.-EUR)
(note: i am NOT taking any money upfront, just wait for me contacting you regarding payment - paypal in EUR will be preferred).

i will take orders until 29th of september,
then i will order the PCB and front panels. so they should be available and ready for delivery mid october.

BTW the sockets are the PJ301-B available from thonk/UK or earthenvar/USA, the potentiometers are 9mm.
the schematic is the common unity gain 2x inverting mixer scheme. simple straight forward. detailed documentation will follow soon.

Many thanks Wink

Assuming this is the final BOM, are the pots 100K Lin or Log?

considering its a DC mixer i would assume linear
matthias boards received many thanks.
edit : oh by the way seems i am joining the euro party, found 4 sets of 84HP rack rails and enough end plate in some old salvaged gear ( a large data switch )
so i guess i will have to use them for a small euro set up. Laughing
