Does anybody here own BOTH an original ARP Odyssey AND the new Korg version?

Please help confirm this problem - It's driving me nuts Evil or Very Mad

On the original Odyssey, set the LFO REPEAT (ADSR) to on, and play a few notes. You should get an initial trigger from the keyboard followed by triggers from the LFO, all nicely in sync (the LFO cycle is reset with every key press) enabling a psudo step sequencer effect when playing melodies. Hey! Instant Georgio Moroder, right? Wink

Now try it with the Korg, and tell me what you think. I have to create a short video because Korg Tech don't seem to believe there's a problem Rolling Eyes

OK... More problems Rolling Eyes

The CV out doesn't mix the vib, bend, transpose or portamento with the basic key voltage - the original Late MkII and all MkIII Odysseys with the CV/Gate/Trig IOs do.

PW slider on both VCOs - When they're fully down, the square wave should be a perfect 50%. Neither of them have been properly calibrated, you have to fiddle around and nudge the sliders up a fraction to get 50%.

I've given up on it, and sent it back for a refund - It's not worth the hassle of opening it up (invalidating the warranty), just to fix things that shouldn't need fixing.
