Distance sensing, rotation sensing and patching all in-one

It’s been a while since I've posted some updates regarding SYNTHOR, the digital modular synthesizer for AudioCubes, I've been working on. Past weeks, I added a bunch of new processors, such as comb filter and a sampler module, and a new effects section in the output module. If you're interested to learn more about SYNTHOR, check out the beta release which you can download in the download section of our website.

Check out the videos I made using the beta version below. Every AudioCube is assigned to a synthesizer module (green = oscillator, cyan = noise generator, red = DC level generator, yellow = output and FX section). By placing the cubes next to each other, the modulation depth of the signal changes.



In the video below, we show off distance and rotation sensing, while simultaneously patching. Notice the expressivity and opportunities for gestural performance
