Hi there, I turned on my emu vintage keys yesterday and while using it, it crashed. When I restarted the LCD screen was just black blocks and no LEDs turn on. The relay doesn't click either. I assumed this was a power supply issue and tested the unit with another power supply and unfortunately got the same results. There doesn't seem to be a schematic or service manual available. Has anyone worked on one of these or had a similar problem? Thanks

9 volts, I think you probably are correct with your assessment: probably the power supply. Emu's share common hardware between units and are based on their Proteus line. Here's a link to Proteus power supply repair that I did a few years ago. This is the first generation Proteus line, but the basic principles should apply.

Good luck!
