Introduction

Hello to all here at E-M.

I'm pleased to have found my way here and look forward to making new friends and discovering new sounds.

I've just spent some time in the chat room with iSteve and have been listening to some great music by Cynosure, iSteve and ESP Modulator from the NYE streams.

I've had an interest in electronic music since hearing the eerie sounds of Meeks - Telstar - as a nipper and of course Delia's Doctor Who theme but this interest was cemented as a teen whilst reading 2000 AD weekly and listening to Oxygene endlessly. Sci-fi films and soundtracks by Howarth/Carpenter - Gil Melle's Andromeda Strain. Forbidden Planet etc. Experimenting with reel to reels / multitrack tape. MIDI and sampling. Studied Music Tech at College then worked as a technician/sound recordist for a University Music Dept. Now working as an Audio Visual Engineer.

I have gigged and recorded as a drummer for many years and am now creating Electronic music with my friend J, as Zenith:
