any electronic music / maker scene in Victoria, BC?

Hi Everyone

I am a Brit living in the Toronto area. I'm into synth DIY, lunetta-type stuff, arduino & raspberry pi, and sonic experimentation of any kind. I am planning to move to Victoria, BC this year. Just wondering if there are any Victoria, or Vancouver Island residents here, and if anyone has any info on electronic music / maker-type goings-on on the island. I'm not expecting too much, as I know Victoria is a small city etc.

Any info on my proposed new place of residence would be much appreciated. I'm sure there are some interesting things going on behind the scenes, and I'd love to hear about them.
