The sheer volume of public figures checking out lately is overwhelming. For me, seeing Prince go is especially devastating. Kind of a role model - showing what is possible - as well as maker of fantastic music, AND fantastic musician on multiple instruments.

No more, 2016, please stop it.

Ah .. that' s why I heard purple rain LOUD while waiting for traffic lights.

I don' t have very much with pop music, but there will be a couple of his songs in my head.
