A little more progress, still not 100% but getting there.

Skips and resets still not good enough - I may want to change the implementation that I now have. Outputs do what they should do now. Also added added a reset button and a done output.

The problem with skips and resets is that it is not quite clear to me how they should behave .. well .. when there is a skip on a part it should skip that entire part IMO and that is what I have now .. but it is implemented by setting the skip on all sections for the part and on all elements for those sections .. which saves a couple of administration bytes ... but it behaves a bit odd all it seems. So will probably add the saved bytes anyway.

For resets it does not matter much BTW how its implemented - just the first encounter will do the reset.

My thought was that it makes sense only to have skips and resets on elements .. so I have also considered removing the red and blue colors and make two extra buttons near the bit buttons instead.

ideas?

It seems to be working ok all .. except that I'm not sure still how I want the skips and resets to work ... but its workable as is .. just looks a bit odd in the display now and then .. not wrong .. but odd .. just a bit :-)

Made a release with it : http://bluehell.electro-music.com/modules/forums.html - things can still be changed of course.
